Terms and Conditions

There can sometimes be long delays at customs and baggage reclaim. To facilitate a smooth client greeting and transfer, please ask clients to do the following:

1. Ensure your phone is turned on and fully charged upon arrival.
2. Contact your driver with your progress; you will receive a text message containing your driver’s number.
3. Inform your driver if you only have hand luggage or are an assisted traveller.
4. Notify your driver if you plan to go shopping or have refreshments before being greeted.

Please note that parking fees over 29 minutes will be added to the fare. Waiting time will be charged at £40 per hour after the first hour of entering the parking garage.

If no contact is made, the driver will enter the car park 45 minutes after landing. Parking and waiting time will be charged beyond 29 minutes, with waiting time set at £40 per hour.

Consumption of food or drink is not allowed in the vehicle without the driver’s permission.

Soiling of the vehicle will incur a £200 charge.

Please cancel your booking if you experience government-listed COVID-19 symptoms before your transfer. We will not transfer any clients exhibiting government-listed COVID-19 symptoms.

Wearing a mask in the vehicle is no longer a legal requirement. However, masks can still be worn and will be provided if requested.

Clients agree to these terms when using Airport Cars New Forest Chauffeur Services.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made in the following ways:

• Cash on the day, directly to your driver. Cheques should be made payable to your driver.
• Prepay with a credit card by requesting a payment link.
